Hi, I’m Rachel Epstein!

I’m a writer, editor, and content strategist based in New York City. Currently, I’m the features director at Men’s Health and Women’s Health, where I lead the brands’ most ambitious storytelling across platforms. Previously, I was the deputy editor at Men’s Health, where I oversaw the content across MensHealth.com, edited buzzy features, and worked alongside my team to develop and execute the brand’s editorial strategy. 

In 2023, I edited a special report on the dangers of America’s sports-betting boom, which received a National Magazine Award nomination in the Service category. The following year, my work was a finalist in the same category for a series of stories on how men’s perception around weight and weight-loss has changed in the Ozempic era.
